Returns, Refunds & Replacements.
As our Vine Tie products are recycled from industrial waste, a degree of variability is expected – where this is extreme, we will replace the entire product for you.
We are happy to exchange any product that is considered for equal value assuming they are mostly unused. If you are unhappy with your purchase after using it, we can arrange a refund/replacement please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
